1Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "ph128," "Company," "we," "us," "our" means ph128.cam, the operator of the ph128 online casino and gaming platform.
• "Player," "User," "you," "your" means any individual who registers an account on the ph128 platform or otherwise accesses its services.
• "Platform" means the ph128 website accessible at ph128.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized pages, and services.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player to access the Platform's services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their Account using eligible payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds, free spins value, or other incentive credits awarded to a Player's Account by ph128.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total monetary value of wagers a Player must place before Bonus Balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the principal gaming regulatory authority in the Republic of the Philippines.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The ph128 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. ph128 will verify this requirement as part of the KYC process and reserves the right to close any Account found to be held by an individual who does not meet this age threshold, with all associated balances handled in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You must not register an account or use the Platform if doing so is prohibited or restricted by the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before creating an Account. ph128 makes no representation that the Services are available or appropriate for use outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the ph128 Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, ph128 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any outstanding Bonus Balance, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.4 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure.

2.5 Ineligible Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold an Account on the ph128 Platform:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Individuals who have self-excluded from ph128 or any connected gaming platform;
• Individuals subject to a gaming exclusion order issued by PAGCOR or any other competent authority;
• Current employees, contractors, and immediate family members of ph128 and its affiliated entities;
• Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

3Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Verification Obligation

ph128 is required by Philippine gaming regulations and anti-money laundering legislation to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, during the deposit process. By registering an Account, you agree to comply with all KYC requests promptly.

3.2 Required Documents

ph128 may require any or all of the following documents for account verification:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, UMID, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or voter's ID);
• Proof of current address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., GCash account screenshot showing registered name and mobile number, bank statement);
• Selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document;
• Source of funds documentation where transactions exceed prescribed thresholds.

3.3 Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe as notified by ph128 may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality, suspension of the Account, or permanent closure. ph128 shall not be liable for any loss arising from delays in processing transactions pending KYC verification.

4Account Security

4.1 Player Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph128 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances. ph128 will never ask for your full password through any communication channel.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

You agree to notify ph128 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. ph128 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any transactions completed using your Account credentials prior to notification of unauthorized access shall be deemed valid and binding.

4.3 Single User Access

Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf. ph128 reserves the right to close Accounts where evidence of third-party account access is identified.

4.4 Device Security

You are responsible for ensuring that the devices used to access ph128 are protected against unauthorized access. ph128 recommends using two-factor authentication, strong unique passwords, and up-to-date security software on all devices used to access the Platform.

5Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph128 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank (via Instapay/PESONet), 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and Cryptocurrency (USDT). Available payment methods are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 unless a specific minimum is displayed for a particular payment method. ph128 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds with notice to Players.

5.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits credit to your Account balance in real time upon successful transaction completion. Bank transfer deposits via Instapay are typically credited within 5–10 minutes during banking hours. PESONet transfers may take up to one (1) business day. ph128 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.4 Own Payment Methods

You may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or business accounts are not permitted. ph128 reserves the right to reverse deposits made from payment methods not matching the Account holder's verified identity.

5.5 Currency

All Account balances are maintained and displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in alternative currencies will be converted at the exchange rate applied by the relevant payment provider at the time of the transaction.

6Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available only to verified Accounts that have completed the KYC process. Real Money Balance may be withdrawn at any time subject to processing times and minimum withdrawal amounts. Bonus Balance may only be withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.

6.2 Processing Times

ph128 targets the following processing times for withdrawal requests on fully verified accounts:

• GCash and PayMaya: Approximately 15 minutes for standard amounts;
• BPI, BDO, UnionBank (Instapay): 2–4 hours during business hours;

6.3 Withdrawal to Own Account

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own verified name, matching the identity documents on file with ph128. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be declined.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. ph128 reserves the right to adjust minimum withdrawal thresholds with prior notice.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and promotional offers made available by ph128 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in addition to these General Terms. Where any conflict exists between the specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded by ph128 are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and any other conditions applicable to a bonus are set out in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering on certain game categories (including live dealer games) may contribute a reduced percentage towards satisfying Wagering Requirements, as detailed in the promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

ph128 reserves the right to decline, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus funds where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements with minimal risk, creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, use of a bonus in conjunction with any betting system or strategy that in ph128's view constitutes an attempt to circumvent the spirit of the bonus offer, or collusion with other Players to exploit promotional terms.

7.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry as specified in each promotion's terms. Bonus balances that expire prior to the completion of applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited without compensation.

7.5 Employee Participation

ph128 employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any promotions or bonus offers.

8Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the ph128 Platform operates according to its specific game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable game rules before placing real money wagers. ph128 is not responsible for losses arising from a Player's failure to read or understand game rules.

8.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a system, software, or hardware malfunction that affects the integrity of any game round or transaction, ph128 reserves the right to void any affected game round and refund the wager placed on that round. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the operative principle. ph128 shall not be liable for any damages arising from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.

8.3 Disconnections

If your connection to the ph128 Platform is interrupted during an active game round, the game outcome will be determined according to the game's standard resolution logic. Where the game result was determined before disconnection, that result stands. ph128 maintains a record of all game transactions that can be used to resolve disputes arising from disconnection events.

8.4 Limits

ph128 applies minimum and maximum bet limits on all games. These limits are displayed within each game interface. ph128 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time. ph128 also reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on specific accounts where it deems this necessary for commercial or risk management reasons.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph128 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to circumvent a ban or exclusion;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting known or unknown errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or inside-information betting in the sportsbook;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for gambling;
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any other financial crime;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engaging in bonus abuse as defined in Section 7.3 of this Agreement;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at ph128 staff or other Players.

10Responsible Gaming

10.1 Commitment

ph128 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a gaming environment that minimises the risk of gambling-related harm. ph128 operates in compliance with responsible gaming requirements under Philippine gaming regulations and provides players with practical tools to manage their gaming activity.

10.2 Player-Controlled Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered ph128 Players through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on total deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on net losses. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts at intervals you set, reminding you of the duration of your active session.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary Account pause of 24 hours to 30 days. The Account is reactivated automatically at the end of the chosen period.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or minimum six-month Account closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period. During self-exclusion, ph128 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent excluded Players from registering new accounts.

10.3 Minors

ph128 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. In addition to age verification at registration, ph128 recommends that Players sharing devices with minors use parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites. Any Player who suspects that a minor has accessed their ph128 Account should contact ph128 support immediately.

10.4 Problem Gambling Support

If you believe that gambling is causing you or someone you know financial, personal, or psychological difficulties, ph128 encourages you to seek help. The ph128 support team is available 24/7 to activate any of the responsible gaming tools described in Section 10.2 and can provide guidance on accessing professional support resources available in the Philippines through PAGCOR's responsible gambling programs and local counselling services.

11Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure by ph128

ph128 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• ph128 determines that prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9 has occurred or is suspected;
• A Player has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable period;
• ph128 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law;
• The Account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months;
• ph128 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that continued operation of the Account creates unacceptable risk.

11.2 Consequences of Closure

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, ph128 reserves the right to forfeit outstanding Bonus Balances, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report relevant information to regulatory authorities. Real Money Balance not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file following completion of any investigation.

11.3 Closure by Player

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting ph128 support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any outstanding Wagering Requirements or pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure. Voluntary closure is distinct from self-exclusion – if you are closing your Account due to gambling-related concerns, please use the self-exclusion tool described in Section 10.2 instead.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the ph128 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, user interface design, and trademarks, is the property of ph128 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ph128 content without prior written consent from ph128.

13Limitation of Liability

13.1 Platform Availability

ph128 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, and events beyond ph128's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. ph128 will endeavour to minimise downtime and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

13.2 Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph128 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

13.3 Player Decisions

Gambling involves risk and the outcome of any game or bet is inherently uncertain. ph128 is not responsible for the financial consequences of any gambling decisions made by Players on the Platform. Players participate in all gaming activities at their own risk.

14Privacy & Data

ph128 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at ph128.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph128 processes Player data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection laws including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

15Amendments to These Terms

ph128 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.

16Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

16.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between a Player and ph128 regarding the outcome of any game, transaction, or application of these Terms, the Player should first contact ph128 support via live chat or email at [email protected] to seek resolution. ph128 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of receiving a complete written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it may be referred to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.

16.3 Language

This Agreement is prepared and executed in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
